David Daugharty is the president and founder of Daugharty Group Inc. After graduating from the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration, he worked for fourteen years in a national manufacturing company, progressing quickly within the Head Office Human Resources Group. His mandate included servicing operations from coast to coast. In 1987, David established Daugharty Group Inc. for the purposes of providing human resource and labour relations services to organizations that lacked the technical expertise to carry out programs or required consulting services to complement their current staffing structures. In 2016, David narrowed the focus of the Company to being a full time authorized Prevue™ dealer. A logical move given its expertise in Prevue (since 1995) and the growing need for work in this area by clients.
